Building Transformation is a specialist building envelope contractor delivering integrated solutions across façade restoration, listed building refurbishment, roofing and technical access services. With over 15 years of industry experience, we work across commercial, heritage, industrial and high-risk environments, providing clients with technically informed, practical and cost-effective solutions that protect and extend the lifespan of their assets.

Originally established within the heritage and façade restoration sector, the business evolved in response to increasing client demand for works in more complex and inaccessible environments. This led to the expansion of our technical access capabilities, including industrial rope access, abseiling and specialist access solutions. By combining traditional building expertise with advanced access methodologies, we are able to undertake inspection, testing, maintenance and repair works safely and efficiently, often eliminating the need for extensive scaffolding and significantly reducing disruption, programme durations and associated costs.

Our approach has always been centred on delivering intelligent, targeted remedial solutions. We believe effective building fabric management starts with accurate diagnosis, detailed investigation and transparent reporting. Leak investigation and water ingress diagnosis became a key area of organic growth for the business, driven by client demand for rapid fault identification and cost-effective resolution. In response, we invested in advanced leak detection technologies, specialist testing methodologies and investigative surveying techniques that allow us to accurately identify defects, minimise unnecessary intrusive works and reduce overall repair costs.

As client requirements have evolved, our services have expanded beyond reactive repairs into comprehensive condition surveys, defect mapping, technical reporting, specification support, budgeting and full project delivery. Today, our roofing division supports clients with everything from rapid responsive maintenance and leak repairs through to complete refurbishment and lifecycle replacement programmes.

Drawing on extensive experience across inspection, testing, maintenance and repair of the full building envelope, we have also developed a bespoke Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programme tailored to each client’s operational, technical and budgetary requirements. Unlike standardised maintenance packages, our proactive approach enables clients to select the inspection frequencies, support services and maintenance strategies best suited to their assets.
