Building Transformation Partners with Bedford Blues Foundation

Building Transformation is proud to announce a new partnership with the Bedford Blues Foundation in support of its flagship Tackle LIFE programme. This collaboration represents our shared commitment to helping young people across Bedford develop the confidence, resilience, and life skills they need to thrive.

At Building Transformation, we believe in the power of community and the importance of creating meaningful, lasting change. Partnering with the Bedford Blues Foundation allows us to channel these values into action – supporting a programme that uses the principles of rugby to inspire and equip the next generation.

Tackle LIFE combines mentoring, education, and wellbeing activities to help young people build essential life skills and achieve their potential, both in and out of school. With our support, the Foundation will be able to expand the reach and impact of the initiative, offering even more opportunities to local students and communities.

The collaboration reflects a strong alignment of values. The rugby principles of teamwork, respect, discipline, and resilience echo Building Transformation’s own ethos of authenticity, collaboration, and consistency. Together, we are focused on delivering positive outcomes for young people and the wider Bedford community.

“We are delighted to offer our support to the Bedford Blues Foundation Tackle LIFE programme,” said Reece Wood, Managing Partner at Building Transformation. “As a Bedford-based business, we’re passionate about investing in local initiatives. The synergy between our core values and those of the Foundation made this partnership an obvious and exciting choice.”

Tackle LIFE continues to grow this year, extending its support from primary school transitions and wellbeing initiatives in secondary schools to employability development with Bedford College students.

By joining forces with the Bedford Blues Foundation, Building Transformation is proud to help create pathways for young people to build brighter futures — both on and off the rugby field.
